Bespoke Property Management is managed by Colleen Hayes, who has 20 years’ experience in the property business, dealing with all types of property sales and lettings. She is ably assisted by Jessica Abrahams, and together they can provide landlords and tenants with a stress-free letting experience.
Colleen Hayes
Colleen moved into the property sales market in 2000, working in the Cambridgeshire office of a well-respected high-end UK property firm where she developed her passion for marketing and customer service. With the rapid growth of the use of the internet in property sales and lettings, it became apparent to her that the rental sector in particular was being overlooked on the marketing side. Colleen recognised the importance of an improved marketing strategy for the rental sector, including the use of professional photography and the provision of detailed floor plans.
Her mission is to apply the level of service she had learned to value so highly, to each of her Bespoke clients.
Jessica Abrahams
Jessica has been working alongside Colleen since 2015 and shares her passion for communication and client service. Bespoke Property pride themselves on keeping things simple. Jessica achieves this by keeping our landlords fully up to date with all regulations relevant to their property alongside a constant flow of communication between tenants/landlords and contractors where works are needed and or requested.
